"You," "your," "customer," or "consumer" refers to either the entity you represent or yourself.

Use of the Countryside Express Website/Apps

The Countryside Express website/apps are only available for use by franchises, drop-off points, vendors, and current and prospective customers of Countryside Express to communicate with the company; they may not be used by any other parties or for any other reason. In particular, current and prospective customers of Countryside Express may only use all information and services on the website/apps pertaining to booking, tracking, transferring money via electronic funds transfer, drop-off points, identifying and preparing documents for international consignments, estimating duties and taxes, and other information and services for their own shipments. The use of the Countryside Express website and apps to arrange shipments for third-party shippers or to provide information to them is strictly forbidden, unless otherwise specified in the terms of use of a particular interactive feature.

User Registration at Countryside Express

To use the interactive features on Countryside Express website/apps, you can opt to register. Your username on the Countryside Express website/apps gives you access to a number of online services, such as "Login,“Bulk Delivery”, “Drop-Off Points” and “Tracking” among others. Each country has a different availability of these services. Countryside Express might eventually add more features that can be accessed by using the username for the website/apps. In such a scenario, users who have already registered may or may not need to do so again in order to use Countryside Express's services on the Countryside Express website/apps. By creating an account on the Countryside Express website/apps, you consent to providing true and up-to-date information about yourself in response to the username registration pages. You also agree to maintain and update your online profile information as soon as necessary to keep it true and up-to-date.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent permissible by applicable law, you agree that Countryside Express's total liability will never exceed INR 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for domestic consignments and USD 100/- (United States Dollar One Hundred only) for international consignments (outside India) for any damages (direct or otherwise) or loss regardless of the form of action or claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. The remedies set forth for you in these terms and conditions are exclusive and restricted to those specifically mentioned in these terms and conditions, to the extent allowed by law.

Countryside Express Conditions of Carriage

Packing and Labelling: The sender bears the responsibility of making sure that the item is adequately packed for transportation while using standard handling care. Also, the sender must disclose the true contents of the package for safety and smooth operations purposes.

Indemnity

As a condition of using the Countryside Express website/apps, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Countryside Express and its affiliate companies, as well as each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims arising out of your breach of any of these terms and conditions.

Controlling Law and Severability

With the exception of its conflict of law provisions, the Republic of India's laws govern this Agreement and how you use the Countryside Express website/apps. Any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, that a court of competent jurisdiction finds to be unenforceable for any reason will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any action pertaining to this Agreement, the Countryside Express website/apps, or the claim must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within the Mohali (Punjab), India, territorial jurisdiction within a year of the claim or cause of action arising. This Agreement cannot be altered or modified without Countryside Express's written approval.
